If you are unhappy with your item returns can be made up to 30 days from the purchase of the item. 

Damaged item within 10 days upon receipt of your order can be exchanged for the same item (or equivalent retail value if the original item is sold out). 

For both cases above a prepaid label will be provided to you for shipment so there is no additional cost to you.
